Pass-On   Date 06-27-2019 Pass-On Subject 6-27 Pass On Pass-On Information -Boat training on Chesapeake.  Sounded like it ran a little rough and did not want to start.  No further issues from those. -2 Meters missing off HM20 this morning.  During equipment checks they were found on floor of Supp20-03. -Radio missing off BS20.  Found on RS20-01 at Phoenix. -No haligan bars on RS20 during morning checks.  Found on RS20-01 at Phoenix. -1 gallon of oil added to Chesapeake by B-shift.  No more in station.  C-shift unable to get any due to training and Hager St house fire. -Grass not cut due to training, Hager St house fire, and severe chaffing of my inner thighs.  C-shift will handle Monday. -Out of HCN / N2 gas. You go to start it again and it cranks for a little while and then starts. Seems like it may be loosing the prime for the fuel or something along those lines.

Pass-On   Date 06-19-2019 Pass-On Subject 6-19-19 Pass-On Pass-On Information -20-03, BS20, UT20 interior and compartments detailed. -250gal diesel off-loaded into yard tank from Inc#13984.  Aluminum housing pump was not stripped down due to good quality of diesel recovered. -Small metal drum inside large metal salvage drum used for diesel recovery.  Still has residual left in it.  Use caution is needed for anything other than a hydrocarbon. -20HP jet motor for BT20A out of station for mounting to hand-truck. -Bay floor weekly to be completed Saturday due to time constraints. -Secondary fuel tote rinsed and drained.  When all standing water has evaporated, it should be switch with the current tote on 20-03.  That tank needs to be rinsed out due to debris as well. Checked the IMT and the MCSU at Phoenix. The IMT trailer:     - only two in interior lights would turn       turn on.     - one generator wouldn't start and the       other will only run on choke. Both are       out of service in the back of utility       20. They need taken to EBY'S.     - Jack is still not working and we       used the hand crank to lift the tongue Checked MCSU:     - everything check out ok, no problems PT at PAL Taught a Hazmat ops refresher for Co. 25 ## Miller's Church Rd. House Fire SQ 20 Placed OOS for electrical issue involving the emergency lights. Apparatus Maintenance Request   Name Keith Hose Date 06-13-2019 Email khose@washco-md.net Unit RS20 Unit Status Out of Service Description of Issue During our response to a reported house fire in Leitersburg, not all the emergency lights would turn on. The main strobe bars on the roof of the cab were working but none of the other emergency lights including the roto-Ray were operational. This includes the amber strobes on the back. Once the call was down graded by command, Dave hit the emergency master to turn off the lights. At this point with the emergency master in the off position all the emergency lights that were not working, began to flash. The roof top bars turned off as they were suppose too.  In addition, the rear scene lights came on and were flickering. Dave pulled over, we shut down the squad and turn off the batteries. Restarted the unit and the problem continued. The lights remained flashing the entire trip back to the station. I made contact with Sam and DJ. Placed the unit out of service with electrical problems.

Ran gator up to Annapolis rock and evacuated one patient from the trail down to Pleasant walk access.      - cleared several trees from the      access trail to the AT.
