Pass-On   Date 03-28-2020 Pass-On Subject B-shift Pass-On Information Hose (24 OT) and Hoop     Decontaminated and cleaned station     Apparatus and SCBA checks complete     Hazmat 20 weekly check complete           Calibrated meters           HM-20 3 (5 gas) HCN sensor failed                       replaced with spare 2           Meters all zeroed and peaks cleared           RID EYE battery charged       HCN Cal gas is low, Morgan has been notified     (3)  PUI decontaminations           Face piece cleaned           Used another 45 min cylinder off RS-201     Finished cleaning and blowing out petrogen           torch tip.
